Mark Young joins Anji from DaHui Lawyers, where he was Partner for Private Equity/Venture Capital, Corporate/M&A and International Arbitration. Working across practice groups, his wide-ranging experience includes leading over 50 venture capital investments in early-stage biotechnology companies, cross-border M&A deals in the US, Asia and Africa and international commercial arbitrations.
Mark holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University and J.D. from New York University. He is a licensed attorney in California and New York.
